Team day · moving and painting

New energy, for your whole team.

Always on, little real contact, ideas getting stuck? In one afternoon you move and paint together, at your office or at a place I arrange. Colleagues get out of their heads, truly see each other again and go back with fresh energy.

Deadlines, meetings, emails. The weeks fly by...

Your team is running and the numbers add up. And sometimes you notice it too: energy dips, conversations get shorter, ideas stay the same.

First move, then paint. First we move together, phones put away for a while. Colleagues get out of their heads and into their bodies, and truly see each other again.

Then we paint intuitively, alone or together. Work emerges that no one could have planned in advance, and that is exactly where the value lies. Everyone goes home with their own canvas.

Everyone can join in. The exercises are simple, build up gently, and the atmosphere is safe.

Reviews

“You're not thrown in at the deep end. We got fun, safe exercises that built up nicely, and above all a safe space for yourself and each other. All of this with a modest, cheerful but certainly powerful energy that carried us and set us in motion.”
René K. · Movement in Presence, the Netherlands (translated from Dutch)
“Reena, you create a really safe atmosphere. You guide the sessions very naturally and warmly, so that the group, who were complete strangers to each other, could fully connect. I could completely be myself.”
Amber C. · Movement in Presence, the Netherlands (translated from Dutch)
“I didn't really know what to expect beforehand, but from the start the atmosphere felt very open. The exercises helped me pay more attention to my body and to how I connect with others. Above all, I liked that nothing felt forced.”
Lotte · Movement in Presence, the Netherlands (translated from Dutch)
“I found the contact with the group really special. Everyone came in as an individual, but along the way a lot of connection grew, without it ever feeling awkward or forced. I went home feeling very open and full of energy.”
Sophie · Movement in Presence, the Netherlands (translated from Dutch)
“What I found powerful about Movement in Presence is that you don't just move, you really notice what happens in contact with others. When do I withdraw, when do I take up space, when do I adapt? Very enlightening, without it ever getting heavy.”
Sanne T. · Movement in Presence, the Netherlands (translated from Dutch)
“For me this workshop was mainly about daring to be present. Not performing, not thinking about how something looks, but responding to what happens in the moment. It sounds simple, but I found it surprisingly powerful.”
Pascal · Movement in Presence, the Netherlands (translated from Dutch)
“What a beautiful moment! I'd love to come more often.”
Dennis N. · Movement in Presence, the Netherlands (translated from Dutch)
“At first I honestly thought: okay, this is probably going to be a bit awkward. But it really wasn't at all. The atmosphere was very relaxed and everyone just did their own thing. At some point I completely forgot I was in a room with strangers and I was simply moving. Afterwards I felt super free and happy.”
Liv · Movement in Presence, the Netherlands (translated from Dutch)
“I really liked that you didn't have to be good at anything. You could simply move, try things and see what happened. At first I was still quite self-conscious, but that disappeared really quickly. Afterwards I felt much freer and more myself.”
Maya · Movement in Presence, the Netherlands (translated from Dutch)
“Even today I can still feel the effect of yesterday. I heard my heartbeat, I thanked my hands, and I used my body with awareness. Thank you for creating a safe space where people can pay attention to their existence and connect, even if only for 2 hours.”
Szilvi · Movement in Presence, Budapest
“We are so glad that we were with you at your workshop. It had a great effect on us.”
Zümrüt · Movement in Presence, Budapest
