Choose what fits.

I work from flow: a solid structure, never a fixed script. These themes might help you find a starting point:

Prefer no theme? That works too.

With yourself

Self-confidence

Standing stronger in who you are.

What are you secretly good at?

For anyone who wants to dare more: letting your voice be heard, taking up space, trusting yourself. You discover where your strength lies.

Boundaries

Recognising your own boundary. Respecting someone else's.

Where does your boundary lie, and how do you notice it?

A yes or no that truly fits, at work, at home or with friends. You acknowledge where your boundary lies and calmly let it be known. And you recognise and respect someone else's boundary, even when they say nothing. How do you deal with that?

Letting go

Making space after a busy time.

What could be lighter today?

After a full period, a deadline or a time full of worries. Letting everything settle for a while and feeling how light it gets when nothing is required any more.

Plan this theme →

Playfulness

Laughing, playing and being a child again for a while.

When did you last play just for the fun of it?

For anyone who wants more lightness. You rediscover joy, alone or together. Nothing has to, everything may.

With each other

Connection

Real contact, with yourself and with each other.

When did you last truly connect with someone?

For friends, family, colleagues or yourself. First you notice what is going on in you, and from there you meet the other, with full attention.

Plan this theme →

Family

Learning to see each other anew.

Let the old roles rest for a moment. Who do you suddenly see differently?

A family day with a different twist. You meet each other as you are now, with all the love, and discover new sides of each other.

Plan this theme →

Making together

Working together in a new way.

Where do you leave room for the unexpected?

For teams, groups of friends and families. Making something together where everyone takes part: listening, giving space, following and leading. You see what emerges when you do it together.

Plan this theme →

Who you are

Getting to know each other as people.

Who are you, beyond your role?

For new teams, new groups and new colleagues. You meet each other behind the job title or the role: who you are, what you bring and what makes you happy.

Plan this theme →

Moments

Celebrating

Experiencing a special moment together.

Where was the little celebration in your day today?

A birthday, a hen or stag party, an anniversary or a finished project. A celebration you truly experience together and remember for a long time.

Plan this theme →

Farewell

Giving space to what you miss.

What or whom do you miss?

After a loss, the end of a relationship or a period that is over. You give grief a place, at your own pace and with gentleness. Grief and sorrow do not have to go away and do not have to be solved.

Plan this theme →

New beginning

A new step, with trust.

What threshold are you standing on right now?

A move, a new job, a reorganisation or a new stage of life. You let the old go and step into the new with trust, alone or together. You don't have to put it into words or understand it, you may feel it.

Reviews

“I didn't really know what to expect beforehand, but from the start the atmosphere felt very open. The exercises helped me pay more attention to my body and to how I connect with others. Above all, I liked that nothing felt forced.”
Lotte · Movement in Presence, the Netherlands (translated from Dutch)
“After a burnout I spent a long time searching. Reena crossed my path during a walk in the woods. The painting session showed me that I don't have to think everything through or know it in advance. By simply starting and seeing what emerged, I came closer to myself and to what I need. It gave me calm, space and above all the joy of creating again.”
Sanne O. · Intuitive Painting, 1:1 session, the Netherlands (translated from Dutch)
“For me this workshop was mainly about daring to be present. Not performing, not thinking about how something looks, but responding to what happens in the moment. It sounds simple, but I found it surprisingly powerful.”
Pascal · Movement in Presence, the Netherlands (translated from Dutch)
“After a busy period I needed something to get me out of my head for a while. This session was exactly that. I laughed, painted, experimented, and for a few hours I wasn't thinking at all about everything that still had to be done.”
Emma · Intuitive Painting, 1:1 session, the Netherlands (translated from Dutch)
“Even today I can still feel the effect of yesterday. I heard my heartbeat, I thanked my hands, and I used my body with awareness. Thank you for creating a safe space where people can pay attention to their existence and connect, even if only for 2 hours.”
Szilvi · Movement in Presence, Budapest
“We are so glad that we were with you at your workshop. It had a great effect on us.”
Zümrüt · Movement in Presence, Budapest
