Request and booking

After your request you'll receive a proposal within two working days. The booking is final once you've confirmed the proposal in writing and paid the 50% deposit.

Prices

You receive a proposal with a tailored price in advance. Private incl. VAT, business excl. VAT. Travel costs by arrangement. For groups I charge for a minimum of 8 people, even if fewer people end up attending.

Payment

You pay the 50% deposit within 7 days of your confirmation. The remaining amount is paid before the workshop starts. You'll receive an invoice for it in good time.

Cancellation by you

You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the workshop; your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel between 14 and 7 days in advance, you pay 50% of the total amount. Within 7 days of the workshop you pay the full amount. Prefer a different date? You can reschedule once free of charge up to 7 days in advance. Rescheduling a second time costs €50. Rescheduling within 7 days of the workshop counts as a cancellation. The new date must be within 3 months.

Fewer or more participants

You confirm the final number of participants no later than 7 days in advance. If fewer people come after that, I charge for the number you confirmed. Extra participants are welcome as long as the workshop's maximum isn't exceeded; they are also paid for before the workshop starts.

Cancellation by me

If the workshop can't go ahead due to illness or circumstances beyond my control, we'll look for a new date together. If that isn't possible, you'll get your money back.

Taking part

You take part at your own pace and within your own limits. Do you have an injury, physical complaints or anything else I should take into account? Let me know beforehand. Participation is at your own risk.

Space and materials

You provide a space where everyone can move freely, or a location by arrangement, and for the painting workshops tables or a floor that can handle a splash. I bring canvases, paint and brushes, as well as covers to protect floors and tables. Wear clothes that can get dirty: paint on clothing or personal belongings is not my responsibility.

Liability

I work with care and attention. My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the workshop, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. I'm not liable for injury caused by going beyond your own limits or not reporting complaints beforehand, or for loss of or damage to personal belongings.
