Who I am

Wildhearts and Openminds, Reena, Chamber of Commerce no. 85707872. Questions about your data? Email wildheartsandopenminds@gmail.com.

What data I use

When you send a request through the form, by email or WhatsApp, I receive your name, email address or phone number, and information about the workshop you'd like: which workshop, date, location and number of people. If you join the waitlist for the card deck, I only receive your email address.

What for

Only to send you a proposal, plan the workshop and invoice it. I use your email address from the waitlist only to let you know once that the card deck is available; after that I delete it. I never use your data for advertising and never sell it.

How long I keep it

As long as needed for the workshop and the contact about it. Requests that don't lead to a booking are deleted within a year. Invoices are kept for 7 years, as required by law.

Who I share it with

Only with parties needed to do my work: my email service, my bookkeeping and the service this website runs on. They don't use your data for their own purposes.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser only remembers whether you've already seen the welcome screen. That disappears automatically when you close your browser.

Your rights

You can always ask which data I have about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Email wildheartsandopenminds@gmail.com. Not happy with how I handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
