Budapest 🇭🇺 August 2025
I am now traveling and I’m again in the beautiful Budapest. Still kind of unknown in this place I started to organize a workshop within 7 days, with a BIG thanks to @grecsozoltan who believed in me from the start. He helped me to fix a location and introduced me to a lot of wonderful souls.
My workshop was fully booked. I didn’t knew the people or the culture in Hungary very well, but I trusted fully on my intuition. It’s interesting cause my intuition was leading me VERY strong the moment I started to travel 2 months ago.
During this workshop I realized that I work on flow. I have a mission with a grounded base, but I work best without a lot of preparation beforehand. It gives me space to check in fully on myself and the people who are participating during my workshop and what they need in the moment. And honestly, this was one of the best workshops I led until now.
We move 2 hours barefoot, without choreography, mirror or talking with each other. I’ll guide you during a dynamic workshop from playfulness and stillness. The base is to ground yourself first, to recognize what is going on inside you. From that place within we make connections with others.
My invitation is to realize your boundaries and opportunities: your ‘no’ but also your ‘yes’. Everyday we make all kind of connections. During my workshop I’ll invite you to explore what the interaction with other people is doing to you. The most magical part? That we all together create a safe space to explore and to be ourselves.
It’s amazing how I see people transform during my workshop. The transformation in their presence: body language, face and vibe. The participants leave with a more open and warm heart, this makes me realize that this is my path. I want to give humanity more space to connect with their inner world trough movement, this is something that is major underrated in this society is my opinion.
After the workshop I received so much love and a lot of heartwarming vibes and words. For me, this is being rich.
