First Move, Then Paint
The one combination you won't find anywhere else.
Why intuitive movement and painting?

So much of what we do runs on thinking. Sometimes that takes you out of your flow and you get stuck. Sound familiar?
Or maybe you just want to switch off completely and have space to connect with yourself and each other.
Intuitive movement brings you back to your body. That way a new or deeper pattern keeps growing, of inner connection and fulfilment, instead of pressure to perform or outside approval.
We move for 2 hours, barefoot, to music, without words. No choreography, no rules. From playfulness to rest and everything in between.
Then we paint intuitively. You choose a theme that matters to you. You pick the colours you want and simply begin. Anyone can do it, even people who never paint.
We close with a reflection. You take your own painted canvas home, and a day you will never forget.

Reviews
“For me this workshop was mainly about daring to be present. Not performing, not thinking about how something looks, but responding to what happens in the moment. It sounds simple, but I found it surprisingly powerful.”
“After a burnout I spent a long time searching. Reena crossed my path during a walk in the woods. The painting session showed me that I don't have to think everything through or know it in advance. By simply starting and seeing what emerged, I came closer to myself and to what I need. It gave me calm, space and above all the joy of creating again.”
“I found the contact with the group really special. Everyone came in as an individual, but along the way a lot of connection grew, without it ever feeling awkward or forced. I went home feeling very open and full of energy.”
“After a busy period I needed something to get me out of my head for a while. This session was exactly that. I laughed, painted, experimented, and for a few hours I wasn't thinking at all about everything that still had to be done.”
