Intuitive Painting
From the inner connection with yourself. For groups and 1:1.
Not thinking about what it should become. Seeing what emerges.

In Intuitive Painting you paint from feeling rather than technique: an emotion, a memory or something going on right now. You choose the colours that speak to you, without asking yourself why, and let your hand do the work. What it becomes for you doesn't need to be put into words or understood. You don't need to know how to draw or paint. The real art is this: how do you unfold into what truly lives inside you?
What emerges
feel → leef
Read the word backwards, and in Dutch it says leef: live. To feel is to live.
Artwork: feel · Reena, 2024
This canvas became a gateway: with it I consciously let go of something old, so I could step fully into something new.

Groups
For friends, family or colleagues who want to make something together. At your home, or another location. In a space we create together, where everything is allowed to unfold.
1:1
A painting session just for you. At your own pace, with guidance where it helps and space where it can.
Reviews
“After a burnout I spent a long time searching. Reena crossed my path during a walk in the woods. The painting session showed me that I don't have to think everything through or know it in advance. By simply starting and seeing what emerged, I came closer to myself and to what I need. It gave me calm, space and above all the joy of creating again.”
“Normally I paint by copying things, but now I could paint from within myself. I didn't know I could do this. Thank you for this revelation during our 1:1 session. You really brought me to my feelings.”
“After a busy period I needed something to get me out of my head for a while. This session was exactly that. I laughed, painted, experimented, and for a few hours I wasn't thinking at all about everything that still had to be done.”
